Allow 3-5 business days for all in-stock items to ship. Made to order ceramics will be fulfilled within approximately 3-4 weeks. All ceramic items are subject to longer production times due to the delicate and particular process in which they are created. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped due increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control. Tracking will be provided via the email provided once order has shipped.

We offer expedited shipping on a by-request basis. Please contact us before placing your order. We do not currently offer shipping outside of the US. To arrange international delivery, please contact us directly.

We stand behind the quality and shipping of our products. If any items are delivered broken please take a photo and email us within 7 days of delivery so we can process and ship a new order to you.

At this time, all purchases are final sale. Variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or refund. Our small studio cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. If you are completely unsatisfied with your piece, please contact us as and we will do our best to accommodate.

If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Paloma is not responsible and can not issue a refund or store credit. This item is considered “stolen”. If tracking information indicates a package is “lost” or “undeliverable” by the carrier, Paloma cannot be held responsible for the late or missing deliveries. We request that you file a report to the carrier within 10 days of estimated delivery and contact us directly to allow us to assist the best we are able.

All Paloma ceramic wares are crafted in Denver, Colorado. The handmade natural variations in shape, size, and color are meant to be embraced. Each ware made is perfectly unique and the artist’s hand made visible. The gentle reminder to slow down and cherish. Ceramics made in small batches allows variations in form and finish to occur amongst each piece. Variations may include color, glaze, texture, and size. Glaze variations appear occasionally as minor pinholes, glaze thickness, and minor freckles or specks. Variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or refund. All ceramic wares are food, dishwasher, and microwave safe made with lead-free non-toxic materials unless stated otherwise. Taking time to hand wash is always recommended to preserve the longevity of every ceramic piece. We recommend you do not cut any food on your pottery with sharp knives, as stoneware is often stronger than the material of your cutlery, and you may begin to see cutlery marks appear on the surface. We recommend using a soft sponge and barkeepers friend to remedy stoneware surface if this happens.

Apothecary items include candles and essential oil products included in gifts sets and the like. We use 100% therapeutic grade essential oils, unscented, organic, and 100% pure beeswax and soy wax.

We do accept returns of unopened and unused apothecary items.

If there are damages or defects please contact within 7 days from delivery date so we can best assist an exchange.

Please ensure you have selected the correct specifications and sizes before purchasing. If you ordered the incorrect quantity or specifications, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to change the order for you before shipment.

Custom orders are available upon request. Due to the made to order nature custom orders can take up to 6-8 weeks before they are ready to ship. Custom orders are priced per piece.
